Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Amias Radio services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Amias Radio provides internet radio hosting services with up to 320 kbps audio quality, 200 GB monthly bandwidth, AutoDJ capabilities, and optional custom web app development. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and regulations, and respecting copyright and intellectual property rights. You must not broadcast illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Founders Pass is a one-time payment valid for one year. All payments are processed securely through PesaPal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for unused services.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to transmit malware, spam, or malicious code; violate any laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Limitation of Liability
Amias Radio is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
